to get to The
Westchester County Center is located at 198 Central Avenue just
off the Bronx It is served by the Westchester County Bee-Line Bus System and by Metro-North Commuter Railroad. From New York City, the Westchester County Center is a 35-minute trip by car, 40 minutes by bus and 30 minutes by train. The County Center is a five-minute walk from the White Plains train Station. DIRECTIONS: 3. I-95 (The New England Thruway) to Exit 21; follow to Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287) westbound. Exit 5, "Route 100," turn left. Follow to traffic light at intersection of Route 119 and turn left. The County Center is approximately 3/4 mile on the left. From Long Island/New York Airports: 5. Throggs Neck Bridge to I-95 (The New England Thruway and follow to Exit 21, Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287) westbound. Exit 5, "Route 100," turn left. Follow to traffic light at intersection of Route 119 and turn left. The County Center is approximately 3/4 mile on the left. From Tappan Zee Bridge and points West: From Connecticut/New England 8. Merritt Parkway (Route 15) southbound (in New York, name changes to Hutchinson River Parkway). Follow to Cross Westchester Expressway westbound and follow directions as in #3.
