The Westchester County Youth Board will host its 2009 Youth Recognition Awards Dinner on October 21, 2009. That evening we will honor young men and women who actively work to make a difference in helping to improve their schools, local communities and Westchester County.

Please assist us by nominating current juniors, students in the class of 2010, who are residents of Westchester who you feel deserve to be recognized by completing this nomination form. The Youth Board will select up to 10 students for recognition at our awards dinner, which will take place at the Davenport Club in New Rochelle. If your nominee is selected, you will be contacted with all the program information. Honorees must commit to attend and be formally recognized at the dinner. All honorees, their parents or guardians, and nominators will attend as guests of the Youth Board.
