Fixed Route Buses
HALF-FARE Discount Program
Available to
riders at least 65 years of age, to certified disabled persons and valid
Medicare card holders upon presentation of a proper identification card. A
Medicare card may be used to obtain a half-fare I.D. card and as proof of
age or disability when obtaining a senior citizen bus validation sticker
or disabled identification card.
Transportation
Advisory Committee
Bee-Line ParaTransit
receives advice and guidance from the Transportation subcommittee of the
Westchester Council for the Disabled. The subcommittee meets regularly to
discuss transportation issues, which affect the disabled community. The
subcommittee is composed of consumers, advocates and agency
representatives.
