| Comment: | Mount Kisco has no open space left! To save this only last remaing parcel for the people to enjoy should be a priority! |

| Comment: | The Village owns this land and plans to sell to Volvo/Rover dealer to be paved to create parking for 1000 cars and an off road course! Kisco Ave is full of empty buildings that have 'for rent' signs. Mt. Kisco Commnos will create a lot of new traffic at this location. Borders Cpt. Merritt's residential community. The village bemoans the lack of open space, but is too eager to sell this beautiful rugged parcel. |
