| Comment: | I think this is an EXCELLENT candidate for protection from development. I moved to Croton 13 years ago, rather than a town in lower Westchester, precisely because it didn't seem overdeveloped. In the time since, many open spaces have been gobbled up and turned into residential developments. Please preserve one of the VERY few lovely open spaces left. The stream that runs through it goes right to the Hudson River, it's an area rife with wildlife and it's a huge relief to be able to see greenery without hulking homes everywhere. |
