Comment: This is one of my favorite local spots since childhood. Areas like this are examples of why the wonders of living in Westchester. It is essential for the animal life as well.

Comment: This undeveloped area at "The Landmark" in Eastview(Old Union Carbide site) south of the ballfield. Saw Mill River flood plain. Many breeding birds including Kentucky Warbler (On Westchester Endangered Spevies List) Area also helps pereventing flooding down River. Under developement pressurefrom Cocca Cola and Knicks,Rangers, training site
