Comments:

Comment: It would be best to turn this land into an ecologically rehabilitated area and nature preserve. In the alternative, it should be made into residential housing (actual houses) built in an environmentally responsible manner that is not overcrowded and is affordable to lower middle class persons. There are almost no houses in Westchester that can be purchased by people who do not make at least several hundred thousand dollars per year.
