Comment: We are looking to purchase a large parcel of land to use for community gardens and other community uses. Would this property be ideal for that? We're planning a 3 home estate site that will be open to the public, but not intrude on the existing landscape and wild-life. If anyone has any ideas, please email Shervali@Hotmail.Com

Comment: Property provides home to numerous deer, wild turkeys, coyotes and other wildlife. Unique views of Manhattan from summit of steep slopes. Water runs off into streams which feed Sprain Reservoir - important to protect land from pollution.
