Who gets the cash?
Do you know where your property tax dollars go? Do you know which level of government or school district gets most of your cash? Despite what some think, it is not county government.
Below we have selected the Town of Greenburgh as an example of where tax dollars go. If you live some place else, your percentages could vary.
