Assistance Services, Inc. operates a New York State Office of Alcoholism and
Substance Abuse Services funded confidential helpline in Westchester County to
assist county residents, their family members and local service providers such
as teachers, caseworkers, youth services staff to access appropriate
alcohol/substance abuse services in their communities. The telephone

591 HELP is staffed by licensed clinicians and is available Monday to
Friday, 9 A.M. to 5 P.M.
