Networks are local meetings that bring
together all the supports and resources involved with a specific case.
Networks are for children and families and aging-out youth. Networks use
the strength-based approach, and the family or individual needing help is an
equal partner with the agencies. They share a common goal: a
conference between the family or individual and the providers, for the purpose
of assisting in cases where problems are greater than a single agency can
address alone. Agency staff volunteer to provide information and
coordinate meetings for the various Networks.
