Charlene M. Indelicato, New County Attorney Charlene M. Indelicato is the new County Attorney as of February 1, 2001. Redistricting Legislation The Appeals Bureau drafted the legislation that created the new legislative districts required by the 2000 Census. The redistricting plan was approved by the County Legislature on May 22, 2001. The focus will be surviving in these economic times. The conference will be sponsored by SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives Association) in conjunction with the Westchester County Department of Law and the Westchester County Office of Economic Development.
