The Jandon Foundation is a private foundation created by Jane and Donald Cecil of Harrison, New York.  The Cecils funded the Mount Vernon "I Have a Dream" program in 1987 and started funding the Neuberger Museum of Arts "Writing Through the Arts" program in 1993.  Their primary philanthropic interest is education and they are particularly interested in helping young people from poor and under-educated families.

“I am completing my Masters degree in bilingual school counseling in December from Mercy College. I taught elementary school for two years and started working as an elementary school guidance counselor this September.”
