	Uniform Services Promotional Application	Application for uniform services promotional exams
	Tuition Reimbursement Application	Form requesting Tuition Reimbursement (Applications are available in the fall with a filing deadline the first week of January, and are only for Westchester County employees)
	Local Government Request to Employ Retired Public Employee	Form for local governments to request approval to employ a retired public employee pursuant to Section 211 of the Retirement and Social Security Law
