Testing Sites

HIV
antibody testing in New York State is available on both an anonymous and
confidential basis, and must include pre-test and post-test counseling. At
present, the County Health Departments and the New York State Health
Departments are the only agencies offering anonymous testing. While HIV antibody testing is available at each of the following sites,
there may be restrictions on the populations served by the institution. Appointments
may be necessary and waiting periods for these appointments may vary
greatly.
