WESTCHESTER COUNTY BOARD OF
HEALTH ACTIVELY SEEKS PUBLIC COMMENT ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO SANITARY CODE,
ARTICLE XXI
The Westchester County Board of Health held a public hearing on April 17, 2003 regarding proposed amendments to Article XXI, Additional Fees, of the Westchester County Sanitary Code. In addition to written comments, the Board of Health received oral testimony from several members of the community at the hearing.
The Westchester County Board of Health continues to actively seek written comments from Westchester County residents, business owners and others affected by the proposed amendments through the remainder of the public comment period, which ends on Monday, May 12, 2003. Written comments should be addressed to the Westchester County Board of Health, 145 Huguenot Street, 8th Floor, New Rochelle, New York, 10801. All submitted comments will be reviewed before the Board votes on this proposed amendment.
Copies of the proposed amendments to Article XXI of the Westchester County Sanitary Code are available for review and inspection at the offices of the Westchester County Department of Health.
