The Westchester County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, November 16, 1999, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, at Akzo Nobel, One Livingstone Avenue, Dobbs Ferry, New York.

The LEPC, mandated by the federal government under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act of 1986, is comprised of municipal, industry, emergency response, and community representatives responsible for drafting an emergency response plan for chemical incidents in Westchester County.
