The Westchester County Department of Health today was notified that due to the heavy rains today, the effluent from the Blind Brook Wastewater Treatment Plant today exceeded their effluent limitation for settleable solids.

This is classified as a Level I discharge. There is no health impact or environmental impact related to this exceedance.
