| The Westchester County Department
of Health today was notified that the effluent from the MamaroneckWaste Water Treatment
Plant exceeded their effluent limitation for settleable solids on February 18. The
plant operators are re-adjusting operational parameters to assure compliance with
permit limitations. There is no health impact related to this exceedance.
