The Westchester County Department of Healthadvises of a brief discharge of a small quantity of fully treated sewage sludge from the Westchester County Department of Environmental Facilities Wastewater Treatment Plant into Blind Brook.  The discharge has been stopped and there are no health effects consequent to this discharge.
