The Westchester County Department of Health, in conjunction with the Local Early Intervention Coordinating Council Parent Group and the Greenburgh Public Library, will be sponsoring a discussion, "Handling Stress: Beyond Taking a Deep Breath," on Tuesday, December 15, 1998, 7:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m., at the Greenburgh Public Library, 300 Tarrytown Road, Elmsford, New York.

The discussion will be led by Vahid Najafi, Ph.D., N.Y.S. Licensed Psychologist, from the Westchester County Department of Health. Attendees will learn about common sources of family stress; how stress affects adults and children; and techniques for reducing stress.
