View what the Town of Lewisboro is doing for the Mayor's and Supervisor's Challenge regarding health and fitness:

The town will be promoting healthy living for adults, teens and children through its Earth Day activities on April 21 which will include nature walks. The town will also will be offering its residents karate classes, yoga classes and senior meetings which will begin with ten minute exercise program.

The Town is providing several opportunities for residents to get and stay fit:
• Fitness lanes at the pool open at noon everyday for lap swimmers
• Men’s and women’s softball teams for adults
• Youth clinics in field hockey, tennis, lacrosse, volleyball, basketball, track and field, baseball, cheerleading
• Basketball and volleyball games under the lights
• Splash Parties (dancing for grades 6th through 9th grade)
• Future Stars Sports Camp for kids entering 4th – 8th graders
• Swim and Dive Team for kids 5 years to 18 years old.
• Parent and Infant Swim Classes
• Parent and Toddler Swim Classes
• Group Swim Lessons Levels I through IV
• Private and Semi-Private Swim Lessons
