Quit Smoking Blog
Help in breaking the habit

I have been smoke free for three days, 3 hours, 57 minutes and 58 seconds.  94 cigarettes not smoked, saving $18.99.  Life saved: 7 hours, 50 minutes.

I am using NRT (the patch).  This is quit attempt #7.  This is the last time I will quit smoking.  I feel so much better when i don't smoke. For some unknown reason I manage to convince myself every time that I can just smoke one cigarette and be fine....I can't.

I know now that I will never be able to smoke another cigarette, because I don't stop at one.  Shame it took so many tries (and so many years) to figure this out.
