Quit Smoking Blog
Help in breaking the habit

Okay guys....my name is Shane and I am actually only 17 years old.  I started smoking at 15, but over the past year and a half I have been smoking about a pack a day, sometimes more, sometimes less, and 10 days ago I had my last cigarette.  It was terrible.  I almost cried when I put my last one out, but it has been 10 days now without a drag of a cigarette and I plan to keep it that way.  I am only using the 2mg gum which doesn't help much, but I guess it kind of helps.  It feels great to not to be smoking anymore.  It feels incredible.

I feel clean, my sences have improved and life is better.  Once I'm not addicted anymore, but I still am, but not as much it will feel great.  Those first 5 - 8 days are terrible.  Just get through them, trust me, its worth it.

Just keep telling yourself that you can do it....because you can.  Thanks.
