Westchester County, NY Surplus Auctions on Ebay

Shipping Terms: On certain items Westchester County will offer shipping services and on some items we will not provide packing or shipping. Bidders are urged to pay close attention to the shipping instructions of each item.
Payment Terms: Full payment (including New York State sales tax) is due within five (5) business days of notice of award. Payment must be made by U.S. Postal money order or Bank/Cashier check (only) and should be payable to Westchester County.

Inspection: We recommend potential bidders look at the item for sale prior to bidding. Viewing arrangements can be made by contacting the Westchester County Bureau of Purchase and Supplies warehouse at (914) 231-1551 between 8 AM to 4 PM Eastern US time.
