REQUIREMENTS VARY:
Permit regulations and insurance requirements are not uniform,
but vary in each municipality in the county.  For complete,
up-to-date information by phone, call the Westchester County
Film Office at (914) 995-2917.  If you prefer, the Film Office
will send you a "Guide to Filming in Westchester," the regularly updated publication that contains all municipal filming policies.

COUNTY-OWNED PROPERTIES:
Filming on county-owned properties requires a permit and
the submission of a check for the location fee coordinated
through the Film Office, 48 hours prior to the shoot date. Both
the fees for the location and terms of the permit are tailored
to fit the needs and budget of each production--one size
does NOT fit all!

INSURANCE CERTIFICATE:
Every project must submit an insurance certificate naming
The County of Westchester
as Additional Insured and
Certificate Holder  at 148 Martine Avenue, White Plains,
NY 10601.  If your project is still photography, the total aggregate insurance amount should be a minimum of one million dollars;  for television commercials, total aggregate amount  should be two million dollars; and for a feature film/television series, a minimum of five million dollars.
