Muscoot Farm
Family programs for all ages at Muscoot Farm in Somers
Muscoot Farm in Somers

Muscoot Farm, open year-round, is an early-1900's interpretive farm located in Somers. Visitors to this historic Westchester treasure may conduct a self-guided walking tour of the barns and buildings and get up close to the cows, sheep, pigs, goats and horses. Works of local artists are on display each weekend in the Main House Artist Gallery, featuring a different artist each month.

It’s always great to visit Muscoot, but a special family-oriented event or interpretive program is sure to enhance your experience. From cultural and community events to speakers and festivals, Muscoot is a place where you can learn hands-on about caring for farm animals, take a hike with a park naturalist or experience an old-fashioned holiday tradition.

As you plan for these events, remember that some events may require pre-registration or a program fee. For more information or to register for a program, call Muscoot at (914) 864-7282. The farm is accessible to the disabled with assistance.

Many Muscoot programs are part of Be Fit Westchester, a county-wide effort to get people to eat smarter and play harder every day.
