The Westchester County Department of Emergency Services encourages emergency responders to utilize this system at a convenient time and place to further supplement current training courses being offered throughout the County. The content offered here is not intended to replace traditional classroom instruction. Its purpose is to enhance accessibility to important training materials and information. 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

STEP 1 - Complete the registration form below. After pressing the "SUBMIT" button, you will receive your ACCESS CODE. Then, click on the "BEGIN TRAINING" button at the bottom of this page - this links you to the system;

STEP 2 - Click on the "LAUNCH TRAINING" Button. This brings you to the "LOG IN" page. Click on the link for "FIRST TIME USERS";

STEP 3 - The page is where new learners register and enroll for a course. After selecting an "Organization/Department" (type of training), you must enter your ACCESS CODE and click the "LOG IN" button. Registering in a course requires you to enter your user information so that the system recognizes you each time you return. Please enter as much information as you can. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*) and are blue.

*If you are an existing learner (already enrolled in at least one course) you cannot enroll for courses again through the New Learner function. You must log in with the user name and password you entered into the registration form.                                                                                                           

The page is your starting point. To start or continue a course click the Course Name from the list of courses in which you are enrolled. You will be taken to the "PROGRESS" page for that course.
