Welcome to our Apparatus Assignment Page.  You should find the necessary forms, listings, and make requests by clicking on the links to the right.  Please review the listings prior to putting in a request for a new apparatus number.

Remember that your apparatus number is only a "radio designator" and should not be utilized as a company number.  These numbers can be changed at any time.

Unit descriptions will now follow NFPA guidelines.  Only valid unit designations will be accepted.  Older unit designations will shortly be phased out.  Please refer to the list.
