Customer Support:  This one page website was developed to provide our primary dispatched agencies with a "one-stop-shop" approach on locating all of these support links and sites that we are now providing.  As time progresses we will continue to add more applications to better serve you.

Fire Records Management:  Version 4.3 is now fully compatible with wireless tablet pc's.  This version has enhancements for the Occupancy Module, in combination with a table pc operating system now allows the capture of a signature.  The Mobile Client add-on is not part of the County license agreement.  Any agency wishing to add this module to their current system would need to contact the vendor directly for licensing and purchase costs.  Please visit our customer support page for vendor information.

I/Netviewer: We have great news for our I/Netviewer users!  There is now a basic CAD map which will be available for those agencies that have high-speed internet connections (such as cable, T1 or DSL).  The map will be downloaded and stored on your local machine, thus making it faster to use.  When we complete a map update (map roll) and roll-out a new map to the dispatchers, we will also make the updates available to you.  When a new map is available, it will automatically update the next time you sign on.

I/Page Enhancements:  Westchester County has added another interface to our current CAD system which will assist with Alpha-Numeric Text messaging.  Through Grant funding we were able to acquire a product put forth by Semotus entitled Hip-Link.  Please visit our customer support page for more information and even view a demo.

1st & 2nd Alarm Policies:  We are still encouraging departments to automate their multi-alarm assignments in our CAD System.  Information of your pre-plan when provide ahead, will save time when requesting mutual aid at a working fire (10-75).
