The SBA offers free business advice, mentoring, workshops, business plan development, help with financial projections,  loan packaging and procurement assistance for federal contracts.  SBA has an Express Loan program up to $250,000 and  loan guarantee programs up to $2 million.  SBA also offers a fixed asset commercial real estate loan program.
