This Division is charged with the responsibility of operating and maintaining County owned and occupied facilities at both the White Plains Complex and Valhalla Campus. This includes maintaining heating, air conditioning and ventilation; electric; plumbing; carpentry; masonry; hardware; cleaning; painting; and grounds maintenance. All work is accomplished with an integrated work force utilizing staffs from both locations.
The Division performs its advanced and basic facilities operations and maintenance mission utilizing one or a combination of the following:

2. Independent Services Contracts (i.e., cleaning, elevator, fire alarm systems inspection, maintenance, security, boilers, HVAC, temp controls, generator services, electrical distribution equipment, et al.). |
