Applicant is required to submit (3) three original permit forms and (3) three sets of plans indicating purposed impact to stream channel.

When do you need a County Building Approval?
Any firm, person, corporation, improvement district or municipality desiring to construct a building or structure on or adjacent to County property, shall make an application for a Westchester County Building Approval to the Commissioner of Public Works prior to construction or local municipal government approval.

When do you need a County Road Permit?
Any firm, person, corporation, improvement district or municipality desiring to construct, repair, maintain or alter any drainage, sewer, water pipe, conduit or any other serviceable item; on, above or underneath any County road or its right-of-way, shall make an application for a Westchester County Road Permit to the Commissioner of Public Works.

When do you need a County Stream Permit?
Any firm, person, corporation, improvement district or municipality desiring to construct, repair, maintain or alter any structure, drainage, water pipe, conduit or any other serviceable item; on, above or within 100 feet of any County stream, shall make an application for a Westchester County Stream Permit to the Commissioner of Public Works.
