The Guild Care Adult Health Care programs reflect the ongoing mission of the Jewish Guild for the Blind, to offer a "wide range of programs and services to persons of all ages, races and creeds who are blind, visually impaired, or multi-handicapped." Guild Care's supportive environment  and holistic approach are designed to maintain,, restore, and/or improve the physical, mental and psychosocial functioning of those visually impaired adults, especially the elderly who might otherwise require institutionalization.
