Statement:

To improve the health and sustain the independence of Westchester County individuals, families and communities through the provision of accessible, comprehensive home health services; to emphasize the roles of disease prevention and health education in all our endeavors; and to work in partnership with government agencies; community organizations, and educational institutions, responding quickly and effectively to community health challanges.
