Mission
Statement: |
(FCS) Family and Community Services, Inc. founded in 1908 is a not-for-profit, non-sectarian social services agency committed to providing a broad range of services including early childhood education, home health care, mental health program, and other related services to families and individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and economic levels throughout Westchester County. FCS is dedicated to the enhancement of community life in cooperation with other not-for-profit organizations.
