Office for the Disabled Newsletter "Out & About" "Out & About" is the quarterly newsletter of the Office for the Disabled. Here you will read about County programs and services, new (and not-so-new laws) protecting people with disabilities, and arts and leisure activities throughout Westchester that welcome and accommodate people with disabilities.
