County Executive Andy Spano will deliver his annual State of the County Address, Thursday, March 22, at 7 p.m. on the 8th floor, Legislative Chambers, Michaelian Office Building, 148 Martine Ave., White Plains.

Those attending must be seated by 6:45 p.m. Please leave time to go through security.

The speech will be broadcast live on News 12 and will be simulcast on the Internet at www.westchestergov.com
