Posting of bail at the Jail will be in the form of cash ( US currency )
or Major Credit cards . All other forms of posting must be done at the court of record. All bail, for
male and female inmates will be processed at the Jail. Bail can be posted 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You must bring with you
the following.
Current photo ID is a must not expired
with the address you live,
NO PO BOXES
18 years or older
Requirements for posting a credit card bail:
The card holder MUST be present at the facility.
The card holder
MUST have valid Photo ID with valid Master, Visa, Discover or American
Express credit card. Credit card Bail will only be accepted for bails $10,000
or less, cash may be added to this amount if over
this amount.
Come to the visitor gate, check in with the officer on duty. The person
you are bailing may be checked for any active warrants and this could take some
time. If he/she has any warrants this may
prevent the bail from being completed. Bail could take time to process and you must patience. Only one person will be allowed in for the
bail process. Tell the Officer if your bail is cash or credit card at the
visitor gate. We are located in Valhalla, New York

on the same grounds as the Westchester County Medical Center use Eastview Exit
Rt 100C off the Sprain Brook Parkway exit.
Money can be posted to an inmates account at the Jail lobby for both
male and female inmates from 8:00am to 9:00pm all days. If you come at shift
change there could be a delay to leave money or property. Shift change is
3PM.
Must have a valid Photo ID.
Packages for male inmates will be accepted from 8:00am to 9:00pm all
