Chinese University E-MBA Program
We met with Professor H. F. Lau of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, who is also the Director of the E-MBA Program of Xi’an Northwest
University (which we visited on our last trip).
In addition to helping us learn more of the business environment
in China and Hong Kong, Dr. Lau noted that his students in the E-MBA program
were relatively high ranking executives at Chinese companies. He is bringing
them with him to Pace University so they can learn more of American business
practices and marketing. For our part, of course, we gave him several copies
of the electronic magazine and marketing materials about Westchester to
distribute to those students – who are naturally the kind of Chinese business
people we would like to find partners for in Westchester.
