| Details: | The Westchester County LGBT Advisory Board hosts the Westchester County LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) Town Hall Meeting in June to celebrate Pride Month and present awards to outstanding members of the community. The program for the Town Hall Meeting will include a presentation by the LGBT Advisory Board on its work for the LGBT Community and an opportunity for the community to share its concerns and suggestions. In addition, community organizations will have tables and be available to talk during a reception with light refreshments. Several Westchester County Departments and Agencies will be on hand to talk with people and to offer information and materials about the services they offer that are important to LGBT people. The highlight of the evening will be the presentation of awards to recognize outstanding dedication to the LGBT Community. There will be Small and Large Business Awards, as well as a Person of the Year and a Posthumous Award.
