The Westchester Rockland Revolving Loan Fund is geared specifically for small businesses who have been denied traditional bank loans.

Businesses may borrow from $2,500 up to a maximum amount of $30,000. Technical assistance and counseling from a related agency, NYSBDC, or SCORE, is required.  All fund applications should include a copy of the SBA Form 413 - Personal Financial Statement.
