From 1997 through third quarter 2007, the vacancy rate in the White Plains Central Business District dropped from 28.0 percent to 12.08 percent. At the same time, the average price per square foot in the Countyh as increased from $21.43 to $28.78, while the rents in the White Plains Central Business District has increased to $35.70.
