10th Annual International Film Festival
It's not too soon to start planning for the 2009 Westchester County International Film Festival. This is a big one as it's our 10th year!
The event will take place from March 26-28, with the awards ceremony on March 29. Same place - City Center National Amusements’ 15 Cinema de Lux in White Plains.
