The Request for Bids (RFB) or Request for
Quotations (RFQ) documents for the following requirements may be obtained
in person between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Eastern time, at the
Westchester County Bureau of Purchase and Supplies, Bureau of Purchase and
Supplies, Vendors interested in obtaining copies of these RFBs or RFQs by Email may click this link to see our RFB/RFQ request form. In accordance with County Policy and as stated in Chapter 308 of the Laws of Westchester County, participation of business enterprises owned by persons of color and or women is encouraged. |

| All Bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the bid document. Bids must be received at the Bureau of Purchase and Supplies by 2:00 PM on the date indicated. Faxed bids are not acceptable. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any portion thereof. |
