The Emergency Medical Information Door Bags is a component of the "You Are Not Alone" Community Link Program These bags are now available for seniors in Westchester County.  This potential life saving packet is available at local offices for the Aging and Nutrition/ Health and Wellness Centers or by calling (914) 813-6300.

Help ensure that Emergency Medical Service workers have the information they need---fast-- by filling out an Emergency Medical Information Card and hanging the "If I Get Sick or Injured" bag on the back of your front door.

To complete the Emergency Information Card:

  • Use a pencil and write legibly

  • Have a family member/ friend help you complete the card

  • Update the card regularly

  • Keep a copy of the card

  • Hang the designated plastic bag on the inside of the entrance/ exit door
