Born August 1993, Jasmine is a 15-year-old lovely young lady who has a great affection for working with younger children and is a great help in the family day care. She is currently in the ninth grade in her area high school. Academically Jasmine enjoys learning and is doing well in school. Jasmine enjoys swimming, dancing, and singing. She uses her vocal skills in her church choir. Jasmine continues to respond well to structure and routines. Although she may sometimes appear childlike in her mannerisms, she continues to be a role model to others. Jasmine has experienced a great deal of trauma in her life. She receives individual therapy once a week. It is felt that she will do well in a caring and nurturing family with younger or older children. Jasmine needs a family who can provide her with the permanency she needs to reach her full potential.
