| The Chapel School, established in 1947, offers quality Christian education to children from varied faith communities. It is staffed by qualified and experienced educators. The school is affiliated with the Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod, is a member of the Lutheran Schools Association of Metropolitan New York, and is registered with the New York State Education Department. The school is accredited with both Middle States and National Lutheran School Accreditation. Chapel School admits qualified students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin, and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin. Chapel School is part of the second largest parochial school system in the USA: Lutheran Schools! Chapel School provides an excellent Christian Day School educational program for children in Grades Nursery (3-year olds) through Grade 8. The school features caring teachers in a safe and loving environment. It also provides an extended CARE program for children needing supervision beyond regular school hours. A six-week summer program is also offered. |
