| To reduce the rate of teen pregnacy within the City of Mount Vernon. To educate teens on the importance of abstinenence and safer sex practices and to avoid becoming pregnancy until they are mature and responsibly enough to care for themselves and their child. We are commited to providing educational and vocational services to empower our youth to be self sufficient. Referral services are also provided to meet each client's specific need. | |
| Computer Equipment Needs: | |
| We would like to have one or two complete systems to allow young people to learn how to use computers, to better prepare them for employment; and to allow young people the opportunity to create resumes, do internet job searches, and research with regard to their school based programs. This will facilitate their growth and development. | |
