| A non-profit volunteer organization committed to improving the quality of the Long Island Sound shore environment. The Friends are primarily focused on working with the Rye Town Park Commission on improving and maintaining Rye Town Park. Rye Town Park includes 60 acres of mature trees and plantings overlooking Long Island Sound.The park includes various historically significant buildings of the last century. Rye Town Park is one of the largest public accesses to Long Island Sound in Westchester County. |
